*If you make a reservation directly online, we cannot accept any changes or cancellations, so please make the changes or cancellations yourself on the reservation confirmation screen. In addition, we only accept payment on site or by credit card in advance.
1. Name of your organization Please let us know the name of your company or organization.
2. Payment If you would like to pay by bank transfer in advance or have the representative pay in full at check-in, please let us know in advance.
*We do not accept bank transfers when making reservations online.
*We do not accept bank transfers after the fact.
[Bank transfer] Please transfer to the specified bank account by 3 days (bank business day) prior to your stay. Transfer fees will be borne by the customer. In addition, we cannot provide refunds after transfer.
[One-time payment] Please let us know the payer's name and payment date and time in advance.
3. Name List Please fill out the name list (full names, pseudonyms) and send it to the specified email address or fax.
4. Using a bus If you are coming by bus, you will need to apply, so please be sure to let us know in advance.

5. Breakfast Please note that if there are more than 30 people using the facility, we may ask you to specify the breakfast venue and time.
6. Check-in Please check in between 15:00 and 22:00. Please let us know your arrival time and whether you will be arriving together or separately.
7. Cancellation fee 20 days before: 10% 9 days before: 20% The day before: 80% On the day/no-show: 100% *Separate cancellation fees may apply for reservations of 50 or more people.
