*If you make a reservation directly online, we cannot accept any changes or cancellations, so please make the changes yourself on the reservation confirmation screen.

1. Name of organization: please let us know the name of your company or organization.
2. Payment: if you would like to pay by bank transfer in advance or have one person pay in full at check-in, please let us know in advance.
*Bank transfers are not accepted when making reservations online.
*We do not accept bank transfers after the day of the reservation.
[Bank Transfer] Please transfer the fee to the specified bank account by three days (bank business day) prior to your stay. Bank transfer fees will be borne by the customer. Please note that we cannot provide refunds after the transfer has been made.
[Lump sum payment] Please let us know the name of the payer and the date and time of payment in advance.
3. Name List:please fill out the name list (full names, pseudonyms) and send it to the specified email address or by fax.
4. Using the bus:if you are coming by bus, you will need to apply, so please be sure to let us know in advance.
*Please note that there is no parking available.
5. Breakfast:please note that if there are more than 30 people using the facility, we may ask you to specify the breakfast venue and time.
6. Check-in:please arrive between 16:30 and 22:00. Please let us know in advance your arrival time and whether you will be arriving together or separately.
7. Cancellation fees: 20 days before: 10%, 9 days before: 20%, the day before: 80%, on the day/no-show: 100%. *Separate cancellation fees may apply for groups of 50 or more.
